Senior Manager, HR Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, HR Operations based in the United States.

• The Senior Manager, HR Operations will help drive strategic people initiatives, operational excellence, and data-informed decision-making across a distributed workforce.
• This highly visible role combines HR operations, analytics, project management, systems expertise, and cross-functional partnership.
• You’ll translate workforce and HR data into executive-level insights, dashboards, recommendations, and presentations.
• You’ll manage multiple strategic initiatives spanning engagement, compliance, performance management, compensation, and organizational priorities.
• The role also oversees leave administration, HR reporting, process improvements, and key compliance areas including FLSA and overtime requirements.
• You’ll work closely with senior leaders and teams across Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Technology, and other functions.
• The position is remote for eligible U.S.-based professionals, with a preference for candidates able to work periodically from Washington, D.C.
