About the role:

Our Insurance and Asset & Wealth Management (I&AWM) practice partners with leading financial services firms to help them manage risk, meet regulatory expectations, and deliver sustainable value. We bring deep expertise across Regulatory Advisory, Risk & Control Advisory, Sustainability Advisory, Internal Audit and Finance Change, enabling clients to respond effectively to a rapidly evolving business landscape.

As a Senior Manager, you’ll lead high-impact engagements, developing our propositions, and driving relationships that create long-term value. You will work with senior stakeholders across the industry, supporting their strategic priorities and guiding them through transformation, assurance, and regulatory change.

What your days will look like:

You will play a pivotal role in delivering high‑impact risk and regulatory engagements, supporting clients across a range of insurance‑focused initiatives, including:

  • Leading internal controls and governance transformation programmes across finance, actuarial and risk functions.
  • Managing regulatory and supervisory interactions relating to governance, controls and reporting integrity.
  • Designing and enhancing end‑to‑end control frameworks aligned to Solvency II, SOx/ICFR and broader prudential regulation.
  • Coaching and developing team members while building strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders

This role is for you if:

  • You have experience delivering high impact risk and regulatory engagements within life insurance or retirement markets.
  • You have a deep understanding of internal controls frameworks, including SOx/ICFR, and governance best practice.
  • You bring strong knowledge of Solvency II, capital governance and actuarial processes within insurance organisations.
  • You are confident communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders, including Boards and executive leadership.
  • You can manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously, balancing quality, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
  • You have experience delivering assurance or advisory engagements across finance, actuarial or risk and control environments.

What you’ll receive from us:

No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.

We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
