Senior Manager, Learning & Development

• This role will shape the commercial learning strategy supporting a major upcoming launch in the advanced cancer immunotherapy space.
• You’ll build the foundational learning infrastructure needed to prepare commercial teams for launch and sustain long-term field effectiveness.
• The position owns onboarding, field readiness, certification, and ongoing capability development for customer-facing teams.
• You’ll translate complex scientific, product, and disease-state information into engaging learning experiences that enable confident and compliant customer interactions.
• Working across Commercial, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, Regulatory, Legal, and Human Resources, you’ll ensure learning priorities remain aligned with business strategy.
• The role combines strategic program design with hands-on execution, measurement, continuous improvement, and vendor management.
