To perform the role to support Commission manager in taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery and to ensure that the Client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective cost management service.

About the Role:

• •Estimating and cost planning
• •Market engagement for collecting quotations and Quantity Surveying
• •Tendering and procurement including pre-qualification, tender analysis
• •Dealing effectively with post contract cost variances and the change control processes
• •Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages

About You:

• •10+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Management.
• •Experience with the same background is preferrable.
• •Proven track record in managing multiple disciplines of construction projects (Residential, commercial, fit out, Industrial etc.)
• •Strong market knowledge with the ability to deliver and handle the commission.
• •Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills
