• This is a strategic technology leadership role focused on shaping the multi-year technology roadmap for a high-volume commercial support organization.
• You will translate business priorities and operating-model needs into technology capabilities spanning data systems, reporting, automation, workflow tools, and commercial platforms.
• The role combines strategic planning, roadmap development, stakeholder alignment, investment prioritization, and technology-enabled business transformation.
• You will work closely with Technology, Data, Product, Commercial, and enterprise teams to evaluate opportunities, dependencies, risks, and business value.
• Your recommendations will help leadership make informed decisions about technology investments, modernization, sequencing, and scalable adoption.
• The position offers significant cross-functional visibility and requires strong influence, structured thinking, and the ability to turn complex information into clear executive decisions.
