Senior Manager, Technical Readiness

Job Description Summary:

This role is responsible for delivering outcomes associated with the Technical Readiness Leader position in a major FMCG brownfield manufacturing project.

Key Responsibilities

• •Lead technical readiness strategy and gate reviews.
• •Coordinate FAT/SAT, commissioning and qualification activities.
• •Ensure validation and documentation readiness.
• •Manage startup technical risks.
• •Support troubleshooting during ramp-up.

Success Measures

• •On-time technical readiness.
• •Successful qualification/validation.
• •Minimal startup losses.
• •Stable process performance.

Requirements

• •Business-level Japanese and English
• •10+ years FMCG or related manufacturing experience
