Senior Manager, Transformation & Innovation

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

• •Support and drive strategy formulation and transformation orchestration, in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• •Contribute across the full solutioning lifecycle, from problem definition through execution support.
• •Develop clear, rigorous, and practical recommendations for senior management.
• •Conduct market, competitor, financial, and operational analysis.
• •Translate complex business challenges into clear problem statements and actionable solutions.
• •Partner with business units and functions to shape and support transformation initiatives.
• •Help build repeatable, scalable approaches to strategy and transformation.
• •Actively leverage data, digital tools, and AI-enabled methods to improve insight generation and productivity.
• •Prepare concise, compelling materials for leadership discussions and decision forums.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements

• •Demonstrated problem-solving skills, combined with strong ability to adapt and learn across range of business situations
• •Solid analytical capability across financial, market, operational, and strategic topics.
• •Strong communication and interpersonal/ stakeholder management skills.
• •5-10 years experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, corporate development, or related roles.
• •Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• •Comfortable in operating in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• •AI fluency — comfortable using AI tools to enhance problem-solving and productivity, including in entreprise context.
• •Curiosity, learning agility, and willingness to experiment with new ways of working.
