Senior Manual QA Engineer

• This is a senior quality engineering opportunity focused on delivering reliable, high-quality experiences across complex web, mobile, API, and backend systems.
• You will own testing strategies for critical customer journeys including authentication, account management, promotions, rewards, loyalty mechanics, and geolocation.
• The role combines hands-on manual testing with risk assessment, exploratory testing, defect investigation, and release readiness.
• You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify risks early and strengthen quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• The position also emphasizes modern QA practices, including AI-assisted tools that improve test coverage, accelerate debugging, and increase testing efficiency.
• You will have the opportunity to mentor other QA engineers while influencing testing processes, tooling, and quality standards.
