Manage updates and rollouts of new or revised collateral across relevant teams and channels, ensuring outdated materials are appropriately retired.

Maintain organized content libraries and processes that make it easy for Sales and other internal teams to find and use approved materials.

Monitor channel performance and audience engagement, reporting on key metrics and applying learnings to continuously improve content.

Project & Workflow Management

Support project and workflow management across the Marketing team, maintaining timelines, trackers, approvals, deliverables, and clear ownership to help work move efficiently from concept through launch.

Identify opportunities to streamline recurring processes and improve how the team organizes and executes work.
