Senior Member of Technical Staff - II, Software

Role Summary

Plans, designs, develops and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products including cloud-based or internet-related tools.

Key Responsibilities

• •Design, Development
• •Own and execute end‑to‑end design, development for telecom software solutions.
• •Translate customer requirements into high‑quality, scalable, and maintainable software.
• •Implement industry best practices , including secure coding, code reviews, and performance optimization.

• •Programming & Tools
• •Strong hands‑on experience in C/ C ++ development .
• •Experience with CI/CD automation pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment.

• •Telecom Domain Expertise
• •Experience working in Telecom .
• •Good understanding of Packet Core components, architectures, and protocols.

• •Agile Delivery
• •Actively participate in AGILE/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
• •Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for seamless integration and delivery.

• •Leadership & Mentoring
• •Although an individual contributor role, the candidate should proactively guide and mentor team members whenever needed.
• •Contribute to technical discussions, solution reviews, and troubleshooting complex issues.

Job Requirements

• •5+ years of experience in Telecom software development
• •Strong programming skills in C/ C++
• •Knowledge of Packet Core
• •Agile development experience
• •Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills
• •Ability to deliver independently with minimal supervision
