Senior Multi-Line Coverage & Litigation Specialist | National Accounts

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Multi-Line Coverage & Litigation Specialist | National Accounts based in the United States.

• This is a senior claims role focused on complex, high-exposure, and heavily litigated liability matters within a national accounts environment.
• You will lead investigations, coverage analysis, litigation strategy, negotiations, and claim resolution across sophisticated multi-line exposures.
• The position places particular emphasis on Workers’ Compensation Employers Liability, contractual risk transfer, complex coverage issues, and catastrophic losses.
• You will work closely with defense counsel, clients, excess and reinsurance carriers, experts, and other stakeholders to drive effective outcomes.
• The role requires strong technical judgment, advanced negotiation capabilities, and the confidence to independently manage high-stakes claims.
• You will also contribute as a technical resource and mentor while maintaining rigorous standards for documentation, financial accuracy, and client service.
