Senior Network Engineer

What you will do:

• Direct product strategy for a specific network products, new or established
• Perform client and market research to define and qualify product strategy and direction
• Build product business plans to drive revenue and rationalize investment
• Create product road maps and writes user stories and requirements
• Partner with engineering to ensure product strategy and requirements are aligned with development strategy and to orchestrate product development
• Engage delivery organization to ensure product operations and delivery capabilities are addressed
• Contribute to pricing strategies
• Monitor ongoing product fitness based on financial and client satisfaction metrics
• Perform competitive analysis and monitors business and technology trends relevant to product
• Participate with various teams regarding network, security and / or telephony projects, change tickets, and trouble tickets, etc. Assists in the evaluation of issue priority and provides front line response to various internal groups regarding product and solution support

• What you will need:
• Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of relevant work experience
• One of the following certifications: CCNP, CCDP, CCIE, or CCDE
• Cisco routing, switching technologies and / or F5 load balancing
