Senior Network Engineer

This role provides advanced networking expertise within a managed services environment, serving as a senior escalation point for complex network and firewall issues. You will take ownership of critical incidents, lead technical investigations, and drive solutions from detection through resolution and post-incident review. The position has a strong focus on Palo Alto Networks technologies, enterprise networking, security, stability, and scalability. You will also contribute to network projects, including technical scoping, design, implementation, and remediation. As a senior technical resource, you will guide junior engineers and collaborate closely with customers, vendors, security teams, and internal stakeholders.
