Job Description

• •Prepare HKMA regulatory reports and Head Office reports in accordance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal financial control policies.
• •Participate in regulatory reporting enhancement initiatives, including projects, UAT, and data quality improvement exercises.
• •Support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial and regulatory reporting data.
• •Investigate and resolve reporting issues, and provide timely support for regulatory reporting related queries and requests.
• •Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• •Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• •Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in banking, financial institutions or audit firms.
• •Hands-on experience in HKMA regulatory reporting and returns is definitely an advantage
• •Strong analytical and communication skills.
• •A team player with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• •Able to work independently under pressure and manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines.
• •Proficient in MS Office (MS Access, MS Word, MS Excel).
