Job Description

• •Maintaining and updating wholesale banking system parameters (19 applications).
• •Running automated processes for statement and advice verification.
• •Providing production support for systems used by business units and operations teams.
• •Handling administrative and operational support activities within the division.

Requirements:

A Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related field.

• •Banking operations experience, especially in wholesale/corporate banking.
• •Exposure to system parameter setup and maintenance.
• •Knowledge of operational controls, statement generation, or transaction processing.
• •Strong computer literacy and ability to work with banking systems.
• •Experience with system maintenance, operational processing, and automation activities.
• •Familiarity with production support and troubleshooting.
• •Willingness to support weekend activities when needed.
