Communicate clearly and professionally with school staff, providing timely updates and recommendations.

Assist with the configuration, deployment and testing of new technology.

Provide friendly, practical support and guidance to end users on hardware and software.

Build positive working relationships with the schools and staff you support.

The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach.

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.

Why Join eduthing?

You’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of technologies, develop your skills and experience, and build your career as part of a growing team that is passionate about delivering great IT for schools.
