Senior Planning Analyst

· 了解工厂的能力，熟悉材料/劳动力/设备等约束条件；Work out the capacity of the plant, know well of the constraint like from Material /Labour/equipment.

长期产能分析，针对未来12个月-5年的预测和生产情况，进行产能规划和相应的库存准备. Work out the long term 12 months to 5 years capacity analysing and planning, and make estimation for inventory outlook.

根据生产能力,客户需求和库存水平要求制定生产计划；Work out the production planning according to capacity &Customer demand & stock level requirement.

把月生产计划转化成合理的周生产计划和日生产计划， 需要考虑到实际生产的可执行性和有效性，减少不必要的切换和浪费. Manage monthly production to weekly and daily plan and minimize the waste in capacity and cost.

跟踪每日，每周和月生产计划的执行情况，记录差异并分析原因. Keep tracking on production execution and analyse the variance between execution and plan.

确认成品的有货日期，并配合订单处理部门完成客户订单交期确认。Confirm material available date and work with customer service team to make the customer order commitment.

制定物料计划,进行生产相关的所有物料的采购申请及跟踪物料准时入库。Work out the material planning and purchasing requisition, and to follow up the on time good receipt of all production related material

每月分析呆滞库存产生的原因，并召集相关部门商定解决方案，协助财务部门准备风险计提 Work out the inventory monitoring and analysing to reduce the abnormal and slow moving inventory, and be a coordinator in action of slow moving and support finance in inventory provision.

· 作为数据处理中心，与销售，质量，采购，制造部门等不同部门协调处理特殊情况或达到目标；As a data process centre, coordinate with different department like sales, Quality, purchase, manufacturing department to deal with special case or achieve the target.

· 平衡供应需求并组织相关供应信息会议；Balance supply and demand, and lead supply related meetings to with other teams.

· 其他临时安排的任务；Other task may assigned .

· EHS (环境健康安全)，维护和改进公司设定的EHS标准和要求。参加公司安排的公司EHS计划，包括培训，审核等。EHS. Perform, Maintain and improve the EHS standard and requirements as set by the Company. Participate in the company’s EHS program including training, audit etc., arranged by the company.
