Introduction:

We are looking for candidates who are interested in technology development in advanced CMOS and eNVM process integration and device areas.

Responsibilities :

• •To develop differentiated technology through various maturity milestones (from proof-of-concept to ready-for-production) by meeting the requirements for electrical, mechanical, thermal, reliability, and customer specifications and contribute to GLOBALFOUNDRIES' corporate objective to be the leader in providing solutions to customers.
• •To integrate new processes throughout development, qualification, and technology release/transfer phases with emphasis on integration related matters to meet the technology release requirements
• •To work with different teams (process module, device, reliability, product engineering & fab operation) to develop and qualify new technologies/processes
• •To integrate new processes, design test structures, create new process flow (STF, ECN, etc), define new ET and inline specs, during technology development phase.
• •To characterize and qualify the integrated processes to meet the technology release requirements
• •Interact and coordinate with Product Engineering and Device Engineering teams to resolve yield and quality issues of the new processes during development
• •To perform data analysis and problem solving for ET, yield, process and Reliability issues.

Qualifications & Experience s:

• •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or equivalent;
• •Min. 1-2 years experience in a Process Integration / Device Engineering.
• •Knowledge of device physics and CMOS process integration.
