the posting
The team waiting for you:
- At Webshare, Product Design is part of the product decision-making process.
- We expect Product, Design, and Engineering to work together from the beginning: understanding the problem, exploring possible solutions, challenging each other’s assumptions, and deciding what gives customers the best outcome.
- You'll have:
- - significant autonomy and ownership;
- - access to real behavioural and commercial data;
- - an active experimentation culture;
- - technically interesting product problems;
- - direct influence over how Webshare evolves;
- - the opportunity to establish stronger Product Design practices as the team grows.
- We value designers who are curious about why users behave the way they do, comfortable working with data and experimentation, and interested in understanding how the product actually works underneath the interface.
- The goal isn’t just to make Webshare look better. It’s to make a technically complex product feel substantially easier to understand, buy, configure, and use.
