🏨 The Company

  • Resilience Care is a leading medical remote monitoring player and a clinical research partner. Founded in France in 2021, our mission is simple: improve patient care.
  • We build remote monitoring solutions in oncology, gastroenterology and psychiatry, powered by ePRO collection and AI techniques. Our platform helps care teams detect side effects early for continuous and proactive care, while our patient app helps people track and manage symptoms with tailored resources.
  • Our solutions optimize care pathways, enrich continuous patient understanding, and accelerate clinical research through the collection, structuring and detailed analysis of real-world data. Today, our solutions are deployed in routine care for 35,000 patients across 200+ healthcare institutions, and also support around twenty academic and industry clinical studies.
  • We put data at the service of care and therapeutic innovation, with the ambition to enable every patient to benefit from personalized medicine.

📝 Your Role

In a nutshell

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own initiatives end to end across our three therapeutic areas: Oncology, Gastroenterology and Psychiatry. You will work at the intersection of field needs, clinical expertise, technology and business, with a clear objective: turn a real problem into a delivered and measurable product response.

You will join a fully remote, distributed Product team and report directly to the VP Product. Your mandate will evolve with team priorities: you will not be permanently attached to one business unit or a fixed backlog.

Your impact

Deliver a first initiative end to end within three months of joining.

Connect every initiative to a measurable outcome such as adoption, field impact, efficiency or business contribution.

Build effective collaboration with Medical, Tech, Revenue, KAM, Patient Care and QARA.

Use AI to accelerate discovery, prototyping and execution without lowering quality standards.

Create at least one AI tool or skill reused by another person or team within your first six months.

Your day-to-day work

Lead field discovery and turn needs into clear product problems.

Prototype with AI, specify solutions and work with Tech through production release.

Collaborate with Medical on clinical validation and with QARA on quality and compliance.

Measure adoption and impact after delivery.

Keep Product documentation, the semantic library and required QMS evidence current.

✨ Your Team

You will join a Product team with complementary backgrounds, working closely with Medical and Tech as one R&D organisation. The team operates across therapeutic areas: mandates evolve with priorities, and each Product Manager remains accountable for the outcome of their initiatives.

The role is fully remote, like the rest of the team, with an opportunity to meet in person during the annual company offsite.

👤 Candidate Profile

⚙️ You are the right person if you know how to

Turn clinical, field or business needs into clear and measurable product problems.

Lead discovery, prototyping, specification, delivery and impact measurement.

Use AI in practical ways to accelerate Product work.

Align Medical, Tech, commercial, operations and quality teams.

Manage by outcomes, connecting adoption, user impact and business priorities.

🙂 You are the right person if you have

Strong end-to-end ownership.

Clear and concise communication across different audiences.

A collaborative mindset and the habit of seeking and sharing expertise.

The ability to make trade-offs and their consequences visible.

High standards for quality, documentation and measurement.

📃 You are the right person if you have already

Built at least seven years of Product Management experience.

Shipped an AI-enabled product, tool or skill used in real conditions beyond a prototype or proof of concept.

Owned complex initiatives from discovery through impact measurement.

Worked with multidisciplinary teams in healthcare or across healthcare systems.

Used English fluently in a professional setting.

It is a plus if you have experience with regulated products, a quality management system or hospital information systems.

💛 Why join us?

Work on products connecting care-team needs, patient experience and technology.

Own initiatives end to end rather than only managing a backlog.

Embed AI into everyday Product practice and share what you build.

Join a distributed team where decisions and learning are documented.
