About the Role
This Senior Product Manager role sits at the center of a small-business fintech platform, owning a broad and high-impact portfolio that spans onboarding and activation, workflow tooling, partner integrations, and customer-facing AI experiences. It is a great fit for a product leader who wants to go deep on applied AI while driving measurable business outcomes for independent businesses.
What You'll Do
Own the roadmap for customer-facing AI features, with a focus on making complex financial work easier, faster, and more intuitive for small-business owners.
Improve the new-customer experience from signup through activation, helping users reach value quickly and deepen engagement over time.
Build and enhance core business tools including invoicing, workflow automation, reminders, reconciliation, and other day-to-day financial operations.
Lead strategy for partner integrations and APIs, connecting accounting, payments, payroll, and business software into useful, end-to-end workflows.
Identify and apply LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation to real customer problems, balancing usefulness, accuracy, privacy, and risk.
Run experiments across onboarding, activation, adoption, and retention; define success metrics and turn winning tests into scalable improvements.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Compliance, and go-to-market teams to bring products to market.
What We're Looking For
5 to 15 years of product management experience, operating comfortably at the Senior PM level.
Hands-on experience shipping customer-facing AI, LLM, agentic workflow, or automation products.
Product background directly relevant to integration or platform products.
Comfort working in fintech or similarly regulated, data-driven environments.
Strong experimentation mindset with the ability to define metrics, interpret results, and scale what works.
Track record of effective cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, compliance, and go-to-market teams.
Stable employment history with a mix of longer-tenured roles.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $160,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location
Hybrid, based in New York City, New York, USA. Expectation of 2 to 3 days on-site per week.
