- This role leads end-to-end client implementation projects from initial planning through deployment within a professional services environment.
- You will oversee complex SaaS implementations spanning risk management, governance, compliance, safety, and healthcare solutions.
- Working across client stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors, you will keep projects aligned to scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
- You will coordinate resources, manage project risks and dependencies, and provide clear visibility into progress and outcomes.
- The position also involves identifying opportunities for expanded scope and supporting account teams with change orders and commercial discussions.
- This is an opportunity for an experienced project leader to manage strategic implementations while working closely with both business and technical stakeholders.
