Title: Senior Project Manager, IRT

What You Will Do : You will take ownership of scientific operations deliverables, applying your expertise to complex challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the implementation and optimization of clinical systems and technologies for efficient trial execution.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address system needs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Managing third party IRT vendors.
  • Writing UAT test plans.
  • Writing/executing UAT test scripts and completing UAT documentation.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external vendors and stakeholders to stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Your Profile : You will have a strong foundation in scientific operations, with the experience to work independently and guide others.

Required qualifications and experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
  • Significant experience in the management and optimization of clinical systems, with a deep understanding of clinical trial processes.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven ability to guide cross-functional teams effectively
  • Expertise in data analysis and system integration, with proficiency in relevant software and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive system improvements in a complex organizational environment.
