Senior Project Manager - Publisher

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Project Manager - Publisher based in Brazil.

• This role leads the delivery of an AI-driven acquisitions decision-support platform, from implementation through MVP launch and handoff.
• You will operate at the intersection of external technology partners, internal data and engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
• The position combines technical project management, vendor oversight, stakeholder coordination, and delivery governance.
• You will ensure scope, milestones, deliverables, testing, adoption, documentation, and business objectives remain aligned throughout the engagement.
• A key part of the role is facilitating UAT and translating complex technical information into clear decisions and actionable updates.
• You will also drive risk management, change adoption, and comprehensive knowledge transfer for a successful transition.
• This is a remote, non-converting project role in a fast-paced, globally collaborative environment with strong U.S. time-zone overlap.
