  • This role provides critical operational support to software development and application management teams, helping technical leaders keep complex initiatives organized and on track.
  • You will coordinate project administration, schedules, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and team activities across the software development lifecycle.
  • The position serves as a bridge between technical teams and program leadership, translating engineering progress and challenges into concise, actionable updates.
  • You will work across engineering, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, infrastructure, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain alignment and remove operational blockers.
  • A strong focus on Agile delivery, project reporting, documentation, release coordination, and portfolio visibility will be central to your work.
  • Your organization and follow-through will enable technical leaders to focus more deeply on engineering execution, mentorship, and strategic priorities.
  • This is an opportunity to play a key coordination role within a fast-paced technical environment where accuracy, communication, and proactive problem-solving are highly valued.
