  • Aufgaben:
  • Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen und Freigabeinspektionen an hochreinen Medien- und Gassystemen
  • Prüfung von Komponenten, Rohrleitungssystemen und Anlagen auf Einhaltung definierter Qualitäts- und Reinheitsanforderungen
  • Durchführung von Drucktests, Helium-Lecktests sowie Partikel- und Reinheitsprüfungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Prüfprotokollen, Testberichten sowie qualitätsrelevanter Dokumentation
  • Bewertung von Abweichungen und Unterstützung bei Ursachenanalysen sowie Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei Kundenabnahmen, Audits und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Profil:
  • Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Erfahrung im Pharma- Chemie- und Halbleiterumfeld
  • Kenntnisse in GMP, Qualifizierung und Validierung
  • hohe Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsorientierung, sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
