Senior Recruiter - Engineered Systems

• This is a high-impact recruiting role supporting complex, mission-critical programs across defense, intelligence, construction, engineering, systems integration, and related technical environments.
• You will own full-cycle recruiting while developing targeted strategies for both cleared and uncleared positions.
• The role combines strategic workforce planning, technical talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and close partnership with program and engineering leaders.
• You will build sustainable pipelines for scarce and specialized talent while also responding to fast-moving staffing and surge requirements.
• Success requires the ability to understand technical and contract-specific requirements and translate them into effective recruiting approaches.
• You will operate in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment where recruiting directly supports organizational growth and program delivery.
• The position is remote, with candidates in Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., or Maryland preferred for occasional in-person activities.
