Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Business Senior Sales Manager to drive sales growth and foster strong customer relationships for TEMENOS. This role requires a customer-centric approach, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to effectively manage complex customer interactions within Spain and Portugal.

Job Responsibilities:**

  • * Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the service offerings of TEMENOS within the above locations.
  • * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • * Initiate compelling sales conversations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.
  • * Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships, building lasting loyalty and rapport.
  • * Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer issues, motivations, and the buying process.
  • * Effectively manage buyer indifference and resistance, overcoming objections to close deals.
  • * Utilize and leverage sales systems and tools to optimize sales performance and reporting.
  • * Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer issue management and resolution.
  • * Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

* Exceptional Spanish language skills

Job Qualifications:**

  • * Proven experience in a senior sales management role, preferably within the financial technology sector.
  • * Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong customer relationships and loyalty.
  • * Exceptional customer-focused approach with a strong ability to understand customer needs and motivations.
  • * Proficiency in managing customer issues and providing effective solutions.
  • * A comprehensive understanding of the buying process and key buying influences.
  • * Skilled in initiating compelling sales conversations and expanding service offerings.
  • * Ability to effectively manage buyer indifference and resistance throughout the sales cycle.
  • * Proficient in utilizing sales systems and tools for effective sales management.
  • * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
