  • 制定并实施新产品列入计划，在目标医院覆盖更多产品和推广适应症30%
  • 改善地区销售网络，开发并管理经销商，完成目标代理商的培训15%
  • 配合招标部门完成地区招标，物价申报工作10%
  • 执行公司下达的政策和任务，定期缴交各项报表及反馈信息5%
  • 工作内容：
  • 自我业绩管理：
  • - 分解上级给与的销售目标并就行动计划达成一致
  • - 定期回顾业务表现并与上级主动沟通，听取建议并就关键行动达成一致
  • - 采取业绩改善行动提升业绩结果
  • 经销商商管理
  • - 针对业务目标，发掘经销商并与上级一起实施经销商开发计划
  • - 日常工作中指导经销商在新品入院，政策执行，KOL管理等方面的工作
  • - 定期召开经销商沟通培训会- 执行好经销商“计分卡”制度
  • 数据管理
  • − 确保区域内医院销售数据真实可靠，提升销售数据可追溯性
  • 合规建设和跨部门合作
  • − 严格遵守公司的各项合规政策并应要求顺利完成各项培训
  • − 积极配合市场部，培训部，专业教育，渠道部等支持部门的各项活动；并协助收集相关信息或参与跨部门项目
