Senior Software Engineer

About You (Experience, Education, Skills & Accomplishments)

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Salesforce CPQ, or Conga CPQ
• •Minimum 4 years of Salesforce development experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms, with 3 years of experience in designing and developing solutions using Conga CPQ / Salesforce CPQ and Experience (Community) Cloud.
• •Proven experience supporting M&A transformation initiatives involving Sales, CPQ, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• •Strong technical proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and Salesforce security models.

• •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively within a team structure.
• •Experience supporting multiple Salesforce orgs/ecosystems and complex enterprise environments.
• •Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and complex integrations.

What You Will Be Doing in This Role

• •Collaborate with product specialists and the Development Manager to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• •Design and develop Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Conga CPQ / Salesforce CPQ, Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• •Define development timelines, technical designs, and architectural direction in coordination with the Development Manager.
• •Guide and support developers to ensure delivery aligns with project goals, quality standards, and best practices.
• •Conduct code reviews, quality assurance, and performance optimization to maintain high coding standards.
• •Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies to continuously enhance platform capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• •Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• •4 Years of Relevant Experience
