Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain industrial applications and services using C#/.NET, Angular, MSSQL, Redis, NATS, and related technologies.
  • Own solutions end-to-end, from requirement gathering and architecture through implementation, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, refactoring, documentation, and troubleshooting while remaining responsible for the correctness, security, performance, and maintainability of the solution.
  • Develop backend services, APIs, and machine-data integrations using technologies such as MQTT, NATS, OPC-UA, and Kepware.
  • Design and optimize databases, queries, stored procedures, caching strategies, and production data flows.
  • Build real-time dashboards, reporting, and monitoring solutions for production KPIs and operational data.
  • Design reliable systems that handle production realities such as high data volumes, concurrency, connectivity issues, duplicate messages, and out-of-order events.
  • Troubleshoot issues across frontend, backend, database, messaging, infrastructure, and machine integration layers.
  • Work directly with operators, engineers, and production teams to understand requirements, validate solutions, and improve existing systems.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, technical standards, CI/CD, automated testing, and production diagnostics.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive development and operational processes using software and AI.
  • Travel abroad when required for business needs, including project implementation, technical support, collaboration.

Knowledge And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably involving production systems, manufacturing, MES, industrial automation, or machine integration.
  • Strong C#/.NET skills, including ASP.NET Core, APIs, asynchronous programming, and background services.
  • Strong Angular and TypeScript development skills.
  • Strong MSSQL knowledge, including database design, indexing, query optimization, and stored procedures.
  • Understanding of distributed systems, messaging, caching, concurrency, and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience with technologies such as NATS, MQTT, OPC-UA, Kepware, or similar industrial integration platforms.
  • Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent tools.
  • Ability to review AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, maintainability, and architectural fit.
  • Understanding of Git, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, logging, and production troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills across software, database, integration, and manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with software teams, controls engineers, process engineers, operators, and business stakeholders.

*This is an on-site position at our Izmir Plant in the Aegean Free Zone (ESBAS), Izmir, Türkiye . Remote or hybrid working is not available.
