C / Qt / Architektur / technische Leitung

Senior Software Engineer* C

  • Entwicklung komplexer, leistungsstarker und skalierbarer Softwarelösungen in C
  • Vorantreiben der Automatisierung
  • Erstellen aussagekräftiger Unit- und Integrationstests (z. B. Catch2) sowie Optimierung von CI/CD-Pipelines.
  • Technische Führung für Junior- und Mid-Level-Entwickler; aktive Begleitung ihrer beruflichen Entwicklung.
  • Rolle als technischer Ansprechpartner für komplexe Probleme; regelmäßige Durchführung von Pair-Programming-Sitzungen
  • Fundierte, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit Schwerpunkt auf modernem C (C23) und Qt.
  • Praktische Kenntnisse in Software-Entwurfsmustern; Erfahrung im Entwurf von Architekturen für komplexe verteilte Systeme.
  • Nachweisliche Erfolge in der technischen Leitung von Entwicklern und echte Begeisterung dafür, komplexe technische Themen klar und geduldig zu erklären.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Bruttojahresgehalt all-in:80-100 000 Euro
  • Home Office: nach dem Onboarding bis zu 60%
  • Wöchentliche Arbeitszeit: 35 Stunden
