## Du hast:

  • mehrjährige, relevante Berufserfahrung im Software Engineering, idealerweise in komplexen Java-Projekten
  • einen guten Hochschulabschluss in Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang mit starker IT-Ausrichtung
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse in Java sowie in der Client Entwicklung (z.B. Vue.js, React oder Angular)
  • sicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Flexibilität und Offenheit gegenüber neuen Arbeitsmethoden und neuen Rollen innerhalb eines agilen Teams
  • ausgeprägtes Abstraktionsvermögen, analytische Stärke und eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an direktem Kundenkontakt und daran, komplexe fachliche Anforderungen technisch elegant zu lösen
  • eine hohe Teamorientierung und Lust darauf, gemeinsam besser zu werden
