Senior Solution Consultant

• This is a senior Professional Services role focused on delivering sophisticated Customer Experience Automation (CXA) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions.
• You will lead strategic implementations that connect customer business objectives with technical solutions, ensuring successful deployment and long-term adoption.
• The role combines technical expertise, consulting, customer engagement, and hands-on solution development in a SaaS environment.
• You will work closely with customers, partners, Product, Support, and other internal teams to solve complex challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.
• You will also help shape implementation standards, templates, playbooks, and best practices to improve consistency and scalability.
• As a trusted advisor, you will build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders and provide guidance throughout the customer journey.
