• As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you’ll serve as a strategic technical advisor to enterprise clients, helping them maximize the value of a sophisticated technical interviewing platform.
• You’ll bridge technical expertise, consultative problem-solving, and customer partnership across the full client lifecycle, from implementation through ongoing optimization.
• Working closely with engineering, content, data, and go-to-market teams, you’ll design solutions that align technical capabilities with complex hiring objectives.
• You’ll analyze performance data, calibrate assessment approaches, and translate insights into recommendations that improve hiring outcomes.
• The role combines hands-on solution design with executive-level engagement, requiring you to build trust with technical stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
• You’ll also contribute to improving internal customer operations and identifying innovative ways to create additional value for enterprise clients.
• This is a fully remote opportunity with up to 20% travel for strategic client meetings and industry events.
