In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring effective training delivery, maintaining compliance readiness, and continuously improving learning processes and systems. What You Will Do
- Coordinate and execute technical training programs, ensuring completion, compliance, and alignment with organizational training requirements.
- Facilitate instructor-led training sessions and onboarding activities that support employee readiness and a positive learner experience.
- Manage learning management system (LMS) activities, including course assignments, user access, training records, and system updates.
- Review, approve, and execute training-related quality system tasks, ensuring training documentation remains accurate and audit-ready.
- Generate, analyze, and distribute training metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making and compliance monitoring.
- Represent the training function during regulatory audits and inspections by providing training records, evidence of qualification, and process support.
- Investigate and resolve training system, course access, and process issues, including management of service tickets and related requests.
- Partner with managers and stakeholders to assess training needs, prioritize requirements, and implement training programs that support business objectives.
- Support regulatory inspections and audits by providing training records, qualification evidence, and documentation required for compliance activities.
What You Will Need
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in learning coordination, training administration, facilitation, or learning management system (LMS) support.
- Demonstrated experience using Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
- Proven experience collaborating with stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones
- Fluent English skills at minimum B2 level, both written and spoken.
- Experience using learning technologies, including LMS platforms and enterprise service management systems.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 13485 requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred
- Experience supporting regulated environments and interacting with regulatory agencies or auditors (FDA, MoH, TUV, etc.)
- Experience designing and developing eLearning content using content authoring tools (Articulate 360).
- Experience in the medical device industry
Poland Pay Ranges:
Poland : zł123.200 - zł205.400 PLN Annual
