Senior Supervisor - Facility Management

Key Responsibilities

1. Electrical Operations & Maintenance

• •Act as the appointed A0/ A4 Chargeman for the facility, ensuring compliance with ST requirements.
• •Oversee the operation and maintenance of:
• •LV/HV electrical systems
• •Transformers, switchgear, and distribution boards
• •Generators, UPS, and power backup systems

Ensure all electrical systems are operating efficiently with minimal downtime.

2. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

• •Develop and manage planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules.
• •Lead troubleshooting and rectification of electrical faults and breakdowns.
• •Ensure timely closure of corrective maintenance activities.

3. Compliance & Safety

• •Ensure full compliance with:
• •Electricity Supply Act & Regulations
• •Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) requirements
• •Company HSE policies

• •Enforce safe working practices and manage Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
• •Support audits, inspections, and statutory certifications.

4. Team & Contractor Management

• •Supervise facility technicians and external service providers.
• •Monitor contractor work performance, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety requirements.
• •Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members.

5. Stakeholder & Authority Liaison

• •Liaise with external authorities such as:
• •Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST)
• •Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB)

Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Procurement, HSE) to support facility needs.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• •Maintain accurate records including:
• •Maintenance logs
• •Electrical drawings and schematics
• •Compliance certificates and reports

Prepare technical reports and updates for management review.

7. Continuous Improvement

• •Identify and implement energy efficiency initiatives.
• •Propose improvements for system reliability and cost optimization.
