• This is a senior engineering opportunity supporting the advancement, sustainment, and modernization of small unmanned aircraft systems.
• You will contribute to complex defense programs by connecting systems engineering, integration, requirements, architecture, safety, and operational effectiveness.
• The role involves evaluating system performance, conducting trade studies, assessing risks, and supporting critical acquisition and engineering decisions.
• You will work across multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with government stakeholders in a highly technical and mission-focused environment.
• Your expertise will help ensure systems meet rigorous airworthiness, safety, information assurance, and lifecycle engineering standards.
• The position offers significant technical ownership across distributed and virtual environments, networking technologies, and complex weapon-system architectures.
• This is an onsite role at Wright-Patterson AFB, with approximately 20% travel and an opportunity to contribute to high-impact national defense missions.
