Senior Technical Lead - C++ developer

What You'll Do

• •Analyze game requirements in collaboration with technical leads and game designers
• •Develop slot games for various cabinets and markets
• •Engage in coding, code reviews, unit testing, and memory profiling
• •Ensure the highest game quality and timely delivery to market
• •Integrate complex arts and game mathematics into the development process
• •Maintain compliance with market-specific requirements
• •Work closely with cross-functional teams to successfully implement game features
• •Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure flawless game performance
• •Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of development processes
• •Lead and mentor junior developers to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment
• •Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation

What We're Looking For

• •Minimum 7+ years of software development experience
• •Excellent programming skills in C++ under the Linux operating system
• •Strong understanding of object-oriented build, algorithms, and data structures
• •Proven expertise in the full software/project lifecycle, including specifications, requirements analysis, building/architecture, implementation, testing, and maintenance
• •Extensive experience in programming in C++ 11/14
• •Familiarity with SVN/Perforce/Coverity and other code analysis and review tools
• •Experience in build automation using Bamboo and related tools
• •Proficiency in JIRA or other defect tracking systems
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• •Experience in Unity game development is preferred
