In the Finance and Corporate Strategy team we ensure that the business’s capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused. Job Family Definition:

Designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for software enhancements and new products. Develops software including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and Internet-related tools. Determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design.

Contributions have visible technical impact on a product or major subcomponent. Applies in-depth professional knowledge and innovative ideas to solve complex problems. Visible contributions improve time-to-market, achieve cost reductions, or satisfy current and future unmet customer needs. Recognized internal authority on key technology area applying innovative principles and ideas. Provides technical leadership for significant project/program work. Leads or participates in cross-functional initiatives and contributes to mentorship and knowledge sharing across the organization.

What you’ll do:

Responsibilities:

• •Develops organization-wide architectures and methodologies for software systems design and development across multiple platforms and organizations within the Global Business Unit.
• •Identifies and evaluates new technologies, innovations, and outsourced development partner relationships for alignment with technology roadmap and business value; creates plans for integration and update into architecture.
• •Own the Alfred 2.0 technical roadmap, backlog, priorities, and release sequencing.
• •Translate CFO and Finance needs into BRDs, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• •Maintain an end-to-end understanding of the solution architecture, data flows, integrations, and environments.
• •Lead HPE readiness for required data, including source-system dependencies, transformation requirements, reconciliation, access, and availability.
• •Coordinate dependencies and clarify ownership across Deloitte, HPE IT, Finance, data-platform teams, and source-system owners.
• •Ensure Deloitte’s front-end designs align with available data, approved requirements, HPE architecture, security, identity, and integration standards.
• •Lead technical design reviews, evaluate solution tradeoffs, and document architecture and product decisions.
• •Drive release readiness across data, APIs, environments, testing, security, business acceptance, and operational support.
• •Maintain visibility to technical debt and establish plans for vendor transition, knowledge transfer, and sustainable HPE ownership.
• •Complete structured knowledge transfer before the current PM transitions from the program.

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Required:

• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• •Typically 10+ years experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• •Experience designing and developing software systems design tools and languages.
• •Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• •Experience in overall architecture of software systems for products and solutions.
• •Designing and integrating software systems running on multiple platform types into overall architecture.
• •Evaluating and selecting forms and processes for software systems testing and methodology, including writing and execution of test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and tools.
• •History of innovation with multiple patents or deployed solutions in the field of software design.
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
• •Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at business unit and executive levels

Required Skills and Capabilities

• •Strong technical product management, platform leadership, and requirements-management capabilities.
• •Ability to translate executive and Finance priorities into implementable technical requirements.
• •Working knowledge of modern cloud data platforms, data architectures, APIs, integrations, identity, security, and cloud environments.
• •Experience coordinating data readiness across multiple source systems and technical teams.
• •Ability to lead technical design discussions and challenge internal and vendor assumptions.
• •Strong stakeholder management across Finance, IT, architects, engineers, and systems integrators.
• •Clear executive communication and disciplined documentation skills. .
