As a Senior Technical Program Manager, Services Operations, you will be tasked with driving program execution across several high-priority workstreams within Customer Outcomes, which includes Customer Experience, Services, and Detection & Engineering. This role reports to the Principal Technical Program Manager and will own the operational rhythm for threat intelligence partnerships, AI model program management, and strategic projects. Our Threat Operations organization sits at the intersection of intelligence, detection, and AI, powering the capabilities that keep our customers protected and our platform ahead of the threat landscape.
What Will You Do?
Primary responsibilities include:
Support the management of SentinelOne's threat intelligence partnership portfolio, including both external paid data feeds and intelligence-sharing arrangements with strategic partners, and coordinate internal intelligence-sharing programs across Information Security, Marketing, and other product teams to ensure threat data is leveraged effectively across the organization.
Drive partnership lifecycle management, from evaluation and onboarding through ongoing governance, renewals, and performance tracking, serving as the operational point of contact for intelligence partnership coordination and ensuring deliverables, data-sharing agreements, and timelines are met.
Support the program management of SentinelOne's AI model access arrangements within the Customer Outcomes organization, including coordination of vendor programs, usage tracking, and cross-functional alignment on model deployment; drive structured planning, execution, and reporting for AI model integration initiatives across related teams.
Partner with Engineering, Product, and Research teams to translate model capabilities and access terms into actionable project plans with clear milestones and success criteria; track program status, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of AI-related initiatives from kickoff through implementation.
Lead program management for high-visibility ThreatOps engagements, including industry evaluations, annual and quarterly threat reports, and other special projects, guiding each engagement from initial scope definition through planning, execution, and delivery to ensure all objectives, timelines, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate cross-functional resources and stakeholders to deliver on project commitments, proactively identifying and mitigating risks along the way; deliver regular, transparent status updates to leadership and stakeholders, and identify process gaps to implement SOPs that improve delivery efficiency.
Build and maintain structured program cadences, including status reviews, decision logs, dependency tracking, KPI tracking, and stakeholder communications across all workstreams, partnering closely with ThreatOps, Engineering, Product, IT Security, Marketing, Legal, and external partners to drive alignment and execution.
Identify operational friction and recurring execution gaps and translate those into process, tooling, or organizational improvements; communicate requirements for change effectively and quickly, in alignment with broader organizational goals.
What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?
Ideal candidates will have:
A blend of technical program management rigor and cybersecurity domain knowledge, with the ability to keep multiple concurrent workstreams moving without dropping threads.
7 or more years of experience in technical program management, project management, or service delivery within a technology or cybersecurity company.
Experience managing external vendor and partner relationships, including contract governance, SLAs, data-sharing agreements, and performance tracking.
Familiarity with AI/ML model deployment, vendor model access programs, or related technical program management in an AI-adjacent domain.
Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable project deliverables and success criteria for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
A proactive, accountable approach to problem-solving, with the ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and drive execution without direct authority.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with cybersecurity solutions (EDR, XDR, threat intelligence platforms) or security operations is highly desirable.
Experience with threat intelligence programs, MITRE ATT&CK framework, or threat reporting is a significant plus.
