Senior Technical Recruiter

This role is an opportunity to play a foundational part in building and scaling a high-performing technical recruiting function. You will act as a strategic talent partner to engineering leaders, helping translate business growth plans into clear hiring strategies. You’ll own the recruiting lifecycle from talent mapping and sourcing through candidate engagement, assessment coordination, and offer closing. The role combines hands-on recruiting with process improvement, allowing you to shape how technical talent is identified and hired. You’ll work in a fast-moving, competitive environment where priorities evolve quickly and creativity is highly valued. Success will come from building trusted relationships, maintaining strong talent pipelines, and consistently delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
