1.專精App, Web大型設計系統的UI介面設計，擅長將資訊視覺化，以用戶為中心，從介面設計改善UX使用者體驗
2.具有跨團隊溝通與協作能力，能同時考量開發技術、營運等多面向的設計
3.重視團隊合作，願意廣納意見，合作協力完成最佳設計
4.熱愛數位金融，樂於了解設計趨勢，對事物都充滿好奇，利用技術發展不同的設計可能性
5.擁有良好的審美能力，自我要求高，永不停止追求完美與一流的創意設計

【徵才條件】

1.具有5年以上App, Web等數位產品UIUX設計經驗
2.熟悉 Web/Android/iOS 不同平台的設計規範，有跨平台系統整合、模組化的設計能力
3.具備獨立完成App, Web等數位產品UI介面設計能力，具有建立與維運design system能力
4.能考量互動模式與動態效果，製作 Prototype 原型與團隊夥伴進行有效率的溝通
5.具有2年以上金融相關設計經驗
