This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Virtualization & AI Engineering Specialist - ASSETS based in the United States.
- This is a senior engineering role supporting enterprise virtualization, artificial intelligence, data science, and analytics capabilities within a highly secure mission environment.
- You will engineer, operate, and optimize VMware infrastructure and advanced analytics platforms supporting critical command-and-control systems.
- The role combines virtualization engineering with AI/ML, data analytics, systems integration, cybersecurity, and mission-focused systems engineering.
- You will work across classified environments to maintain highly available, secure, compliant, and fully visible infrastructure.
- A key part of the position involves translating stakeholder requirements into executable technical solutions, documentation, models, and implementation plans.
- You will collaborate closely with cyber, network, data science, application, and operations teams while providing technical guidance to junior personnel.
- This opportunity is well suited to an experienced DoD technology professional who can connect complex infrastructure and emerging AI capabilities with demanding mission requirements.
