SEO & AEO Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SEO & AEO Manager based in Brazil.

• This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for building and scaling an organization’s organic search growth engine.
• You’ll own the SEO and AEO roadmap end to end, combining technical optimization, content strategy, analytics, and emerging AI-search practices.
• The role offers the opportunity to shape how a growing business is discovered across traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences.
• You’ll assess existing initiatives, establish clear priorities and KPIs, and turn organic search into a measurable business-growth channel.
• Alongside your individual contribution, you’ll lead, coach, and develop an SEO team while establishing scalable processes and high standards.
• You’ll work in a fully remote, international environment with significant autonomy and direct visibility with marketing leadership.
