What You’ll Be Doing:

• •Creating standout guest experiences alongside your team
• •Helping guests navigate the menu with close attention to allergens and dietary needs
• •Confidently highlighting craft cocktails, local beers, and unique beverage options
• •Guiding guests on how to get the most out of Punch Bowl Social
• •Following steps of service to meet brand standards
• •Using TOAST POS to enter orders and process payments
• •Keeping tables dialed in—everything guests need, nothing they don’t
• •Assisting with stocking and maintaining the server station
