Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• * Greet guests warmly and present menus.
• * Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
• * Accurately take food and beverage orders using a POS system.
• * Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and efficient manner.
• * Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• * Clear plates and reset tables.
• * Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• * Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and server stations.
• * Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• * Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• * Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications:

• * Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• * Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• * Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
• * Basic math skills for handling payments.
• * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
