Key Responsibilities

• •Greet guests warmly and present features and menus with enthusiasm
• •Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
• •Inquire about any specific food sensitivities or allergies at every table greeting
• •Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
• •Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any needs or concerns
• •Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
• •Handle cash and process payments accurately
• •Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• •Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Requirements

• •Prior serving experience in a full-service restaurant
• •Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices
• •Strong communication skills with both guests and team members
• •Ability to learn and memorize menu items to make knowledgeable recommendations
• •Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• •Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset and a willingness to help wherever needed
• •Ability to resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic, tactful manner
• •Daytime and weekend availability
