Description

Sullivan Tire, an employee-owned company, currently has an opportunity to be a Service Advisor. The Service Advisor will be a customer service focused individual.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• •Greet customers, fulfill needs, and build a loyal customer base.
• •Foster a positive and friendly environment
• •Provide customers with product information, schedule appointments, and handle their tire and auto service needs
• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •Customer service experience in a retail environment
• •Strong telephone skills
• •Understanding the tire and auto service industry is a plus
• •Dependable Transportation
• •A proven sales track record in an automotive environment is a plus
