Service Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) – Deine Rolle an unserer Front

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Ersatzteilbestellung zur Fahrzeugreparatur
  • Erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden – am Telefon, per E-Mail und persönlich
  • Termine planen, koordinieren und bestätigen
  • Annahme von Fahrzeugen sowie Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen und Rechnungen
  • Teamwork: administrative Unterstützung und Organisation im Tagesgeschäft

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als KFZ-Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation oder Berufserfahrung
  • Freundliches, professionelles Auftreten und Spaß am Kundenkontakt
  • Du bist teamfähig, zuverlässig, strukturiert und hast eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung im Büro- oder Servicebereich ist ein Plus
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in Rechnungssoftware von Vorteil
  • Führerschein Klasse B
